Tried this location after first trying the one in Avon, unfortunately this experience wasn't any better. The service was quick to order but a very long wait. 20 minutes for a burger/fries. The burger was really small for a double and the fries were ok. Nothing special, you could easily get this faster in any drive-thru and probably a better burger.The girl who took the order never returned and another guy brought out the order. I didn't think it was mine as I requested a large soda. When I asked if it was supposed to be, he said he didn't know he didn't take my order. I checked the receipt and she entered it wrong. Anyway, besides going and getting me what I ordered, I was just handed the device to swipe my card. No apology or offer to correct. Will not return or recommend.

Super fast, friendly service. Great burgers, coney dogs, fries and milkshakes.

Ordered BLTs, fried zucchini, sloppy joes, and potato puffs (tater tots). The BLTs only had a thin piece of lettuce, would have been a lot better with more on it. The sloppy joes were dry and tasted like they had a lot of spices in them, the mixture tasted nasty and not at all like sloppy joes. The best thing we got was the fried zucchini with ranch dressing which is why I'm giving Swensons a 2 star rating, instead of a one star rating. We was planning to return, to try other menu items but after this visit, we won't be back

Love the shakes great staff nice place to eat. Park your car someone comes to your window and then takes your order how cool is that. Food is fantastic. Always had a good experience here. Highly recommend coming here.

The galli boy is the bomb.and the fish sandwich is really good too.

This brings back yesteryear. It is always so fast and so good. Only issue I have is the shakes are way to sweet for me. Food is always good and consistent.

Stopped in with my family today. Service was incredible! Wish I had gotten the gentleman's name that waited on us. Ran over before we had even settled into our parking space. With a family of four, we received our order 5-7 minutes after placing it. My family has been here before, but this was my first visit. Cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Fries were excellent. The burger wasn't as good as I had hoped it would be. My family said that it was better on their other visits. The service definitely helped boost my opinion. If it hadn't been as good as it was, I probably wouldn't think of going back. With my family's previous experiences and the incredible service we received, I will be trying this location again in the future. Maybe it was just one of those days with the burger.

My son and I made a detour while driving through the state to stop here. We enjoyed our meal.

This particular Swensons is run by one of the best teams that I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. The manager Michael is someone who I have had the pleasure of doing business with before at different chains, and he is by far the most competent manager I have ever metKeep up the great work !

It's a unique experience with a bit of nostalgia, the BLT was excellent..and the burger was ok. The order of fries was small. The server was excellent and very friendly. The prices are definitely worth the visit. Overall I enjoyed my first visit here. My girlfriend wants to return soon, they have fried bologna in the menu and wants to try it.

The Sheikh was fabulous the onion rings were good but the Oh Boy Burger was just so so not as good as the last time I went

First time visiting and we were definitely happy we went! The fried mushrooms and key lime shake were delicious!

One of my favorite places to eat and definitely the number one on my list when I need a good pick-me-up meal. Their waffle fries are my favorite and their burgers are always done perfectly. Top notch milkshakes as well as friendly service.

I love it here! I've only had one issue when ordering for delivery where my drink is not what I had ordered, but besides that everything here is fabulous!

The Gally Boy is good but it's kinda small for $3.65. service is great. Onion rings are not homemade and "great" like some reviews say. They're more like the generic frozen ones.

Very good experience. The kids running food out to cars were hussling. Great kids working there. Good food. Great milkshake.

Shakes were really yummy. I had coffee flavored and my daughter did a vanilla and cherry mix. Husband drank an Ohio which he liked better than the shakes.

You can see the guys work hard to provide good customer service! I never had a bad experience at this particular Swensons. One thing to keep in mind: they won’t let you use two credit cards at the same time if you and your buddy want to split the bill but that shouldn’t stop you from stopping by! :)

Classic American Burger and fries fare with an old school twist. Galley boy is great, and the Salad Boy is an awesome vegetarian alternative that I order all the time. On a separate note: I'm not sure if it's more recently but I've had to check my order before letting the attendant leave. It seems lately they've been getting the orders wrong with items missing from the bag. It's better to catch it in the parking lot then at home. They've always corrected the order without any questions and employees are very courteous.

The burgers were good, but we didn't get all that we ordered, and we did a burger that we didn't order.

Good good and excellent service. Staff comes to your vehicle takes your order and payment. One of the friendliest staff I've encountered in a while!

The burgers were decent and the waiters were very kind, but we had to wait 40 mins for a small order when no other customers were there. Unfortunately, both my friend and I ended up with severe GI issues and vomiting after our Swensons experience. If we ever return, we are hoping for a better outcome!

Stopped after work for to-go food and drinks. Place was normal busy and it was easy to find a parking spot. Runner was out at my door within 10 seconds. Polite and clear communication, attentive, and quick. 10/10 service. Tip your runners! They do a great job every time. Oh, and the food is hot and fresh too... bonus!

Worst experience at a Swenson's I have ever had. I asked to do 2 checks, and was told "we are too busy" to do 2 checks. I live near a Swenson's that does double the business, and would never turn down 2 checks. The employee that waited on us was VERY rude and simply was lazy and didn't want to do her JOB. There were a total of 10-12 cars in the parking lot. A ton of empty spots, and clearly they were not that busy, as there were employees standing around. The food was sub-par. I ordered a Galley boy and it was smashed flat, and I ordered fries. I pulled a fry out of the bag, and there was a hair IN my order or fries. I threw away the whole meal at this point. I expected better being in a "higher class" area. Very disappointed and would never return.

Food was ok. Ice cream for rootbeer float was amazing. Took over 30 min to receive our food

They're open late (my husband took me there after picking me up at the airport after a late flight, around 11 PM), the food is good, and they hire the cutest young men in Cleveland as carhops!

Food was good, but for the price I was expecting a little larger sandwich.

First time at Swensons, I liked it. The burger was great, iced tea had a lemon in it which was a nice touch. The only thing I suggest is the car hops wait till customers actually park the car. I was backing in to my parking spot and was already getting asked if I knew what I wanted, I was afraid I was going to hit her. Otherwise awesome experience.

Burgers over cooked as usual. Skimped on the galley boy sauce too. Pork sandwich was good.

Delicious food and milkshakes. Fast and friendly service. What's not to love? My family loves their Galley Boy burger and the Grilled Chicken sandwiches. Their milkshakes are thick, creamy and delicious in whatever flavor or flavor combination you can think of (peanut butter and grape tastes like a PB&J ;0) I highly recommend Swenson's!

Got our order taken decently quick, our runner was nice but I was pretty disappointed in my vegetarian burger-- I cant recall the official name but it was not what I expected from swensons!

The Galley Boy is legit. This is their specialty double burger that has not one, but two, secret sauces. Multiple cars with only two servers and we still had excellent service. They forgot an item we ordered and with a quick flash of the highbeams, a gentleman came running, apologized, and honestly must have grabbed our item off someone else’s order because he was back with it in less than 30 seconds. That’s fantastic service !
